Support and Handholding Terms

Support Scope
Support will be provided only for the modules and features explicitly covered in this document and developed by our team. -
Handholding Period
The handholding period will start from the application’s official go-live date, i.e., 2nd January 2026, and will end on 1st June 2026. -
Codebase and Ownership
Upon project completion, the entire source code will be handed over to Spica-Group in a fresh, clean repository, Also support will be provided only for the original codebase delivered by us. -
What’s Included
During the handholding period, we will provide support for:- Bug fixes and issue resolution related to the modules and features developed by us.
- Issues identified in the original, unaltered codebase as delivered at the time of handover.

What’s Not Included
The following will not be covered under the support scope:- Any changes, modifications, or updates made to the codebase by the Spica Group team or any third party.
- Any bugs, issues, or malfunctions arising as a result of such changes.
- Any new development, enhancements, or additional features not covered in this document.
- Any issues related to third-party software, hosting, or external services.

Post-Support Period
After the completion of the handholding period, any additional support, bug fixes, or development requests will be provided on a paid basis under a separate agreement or quotation.
In case the Spica Group team or any third party modifies the codebase,
We may review the updated code upon request, subject to feasibility.
However, any fixes, investigations, or support efforts related to modified code will be chargeable and will fall outside the scope of the standard handholding support.
